EXECUTION OF DECISIONS BASED ON ACTS OF FOREIGN COURTS, MEDIATION COURTS AND INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATIONS

Our company assists local, foreign companies and individuals with the enforcement of court decisions of foreign courts in the Czech Republic, mediation court decisions and international commercial arbitrations in foreign countries.

As part of this practice, we, in particular, do the following:

Analysis of available documents to determine the possibility of filing an application for the enforcement/cancellation of judicial acts of foreign courts, decisions of mediation courts and international commercial arbitrations;
Drafting the application for the enforcement/cancellation of judicial acts of foreign courts, decisions of mediation courts and international commercial arbitrations, and the documents attached thereto;
Participation in court hearings for the consideration of these applications;
Submitting enforcement documents to the bailiff service and supporting the enforcement proceedings.
